If you are reading this help page, most likely you are having trouble
viewing cards which require Java. Below are some instructions on how
to resolve this issue, however if you have tried and still cannot view
the card, or are in a rush you can try
this option
which will disable Java cards on our site, displaying a non-animated
version of the card. You can change this option at any time by returning
to this page.
Some animated cards require Java to be visible. Most computers and browsers
come pre-loaded with Java, but sometimes it may be turned off or
need to be re-installed.
First you should check your browser settings to make sure Java is
activated.
For Netscape/Firefox: Select the Tools -> Options menu item. Then select "Web Features" and make sure "Enable Java" is checkmarked.
For Internet Explorer users: Select the Tools -> Internet Options menu item. Click on the "Advanced" tab, then scroll down until you se "Java (Sun)". Make sure that the option is checkmarked.
After making any of the changes above, be sure to re-load the browser page, or possibly close the window completely and start over.
If you are still having problems and are using Internet Explorer, another
thing to check is that your security settings are correct. Click on the
Security tab and then select "Default Level" option if it is highlighted.
If none of these options work, you may need to upgrade your web-browser or
contact your browsers customer support to find out how to install a "Java"
plug-in.
If you are interested in upgrading your browser, we highly suggest downloading
the newly released version of Netscape (called Firefox). It is completely
free, and will help protect your computer from viruses and spyware which other
browsers are more succeptible to. You can download Netscape here.
